About 300 whitened nationalists and neo-Nazis took to the particular streets of the small Tennessee associated with Shelbyville on Saturday to demonstration refugee resettlement in the state, which usually sued the federal government over the issue recording.
The âWhite Lives Matterâ rally, organized simply by some of the same groups involved in the Virginia march in August that will turned violent, drew an equal amount of counter-demonstrators and a heavy police existence.
After Shelbyville, the protesters had been due to travel about 35 kilometers north to Murfreesboro for a 2nd rally.

The dayâs protests were structured by the Nationalist Front, a coalition including the League of the South plus Vanguard America, considered neo-Nazi or even neo-Confederate groups by the Southern Low income Law Center, which tracks detest groups.
âWe donât want the federal government to keep dumping all these refugees into middle Tennessee,â said Brad Griffin, a League of the South associate who has written about his desire to build a white âethnostate.â
