Amongst the hordes associated with thirsty gamers, video game convention PAX Australia was privy to one wonderful love story.
On Sunday, two gamers made for one of the loveliest proposals a video game convention offers ever seen.
Sasha Scott and Nick Neave have been with each other for almost three years, have known one another for almost five, and the superb stabreim in their names makes them inevitable amusing book allies. Â
Living within Kilmore, Victoria, the two are normal cosplayers at PAX and Supanova, another comic and gaming expo, in Melbourne, where they often outfit as DC and gaming-related figures. Â
Sasha’s a new and truck salesperson for Seymour Toyota whilst Nick’s a sheet metal employee and trade assistant. Â
But on Oct. 28, they put on the garb of their alter egos, Sasha dressing as the DC Comics Bombshells version of samurai soldier Katana. “It hadn’t been carried out before and it’s a very unique plus beautiful dress, ” Sasha informed Mashable.
Meanwhile, Nick put on the epic suit of shield of Master Chief Petty Official John-117 from the Halo series. “I chose Master Chief as our costume because it’s mine plus Sasha’s favourite game franchise, inch says Nick.
Nick and Sasha made their method through the PAX crowd together plus found the Xbox booth, heaving with folks eager to try their own luck at Cuphead or check Forza Motorsport 7.
But there was no gaming to be finished these two. Taking a knee, Nick “Master Chief” Neave asked Sasha “Katana” Scott to be his partner within crime for life. Â
And she said yes!
As for the wedding, you’d much better believe the dress code will be on-point.
“At this stage, we have been hoping to have the wedding at Movieworld [on the Gold Coast] in the Justice League corridor as a themed superhero wedding exactly where everyone has to dress up. “
