Inside Xbox's sleepover pop-up, where gamers can play all night long

You’ve probably spent your week-ends hogging the game console at the nearby mall while growing up, much towards the chagrin of your parents.

Xbox, who isn’t your mother, does not care. It wants you to perform all day long, and all night for a fortunate few, in its Stay N’ Perform pop-up in Sydney, Australia.

Launching on Friday, the pop-up will be open for walk-ins 7 a. m. to 8 l. m. until Sunday for hours associated with “unhindered” gaming action, because if you’re an adult who can do whatever the heck you like with your time now.

There’s 4K TVs, Dolby Atmos enabled headsets, and of course a full choice of games to help you pour all those valuable hours down the drain.

As the particular Stay N’ Play name enables on, there’s a suite with a mattress and a concierge to bring you online games. However , bookings filled up within hrs when they went on sale last week. You will still just have to sleep instead.

The Stay N’ Play is, naturally , a promotion for the imminent release from the Xbox One X, which roll-outs on Nov. 7. For those who have things to do are too far away for that Stay N’ Play, here’s what this looks like.

Xbox Australia opened the doors to the Xbox Stay N’ Play in Pyrmont, Sydney today –a boutique, gaming-themed sleepover experience that gives fans unhindered access to the world’s most powerful videogame console Xbox One X, days before its official launch on November 7. Following the initial announcement over a week ago, suites at the first-of-its-kind installation sold out within a matter of hours, with some of Australia’s biggest gamers booking rooms, alongside hundreds of Xbox and entertainment fans of all ages. Situated in front of the iconic Sydney skyline in Pirrama Park, Pyrmont, the Xbox Stay N’ Play also features a lobby area for walk-in gameplay with the Xbox One X, which will be open 8am until 8pm from today until Sunday 5th November.
